No experience necessary — many of our staff came from completely different industries. NOTE: No shuttle service and no company housing. This position is for people already living in Kumamoto who can commute by car. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ ■ 仕事内容 / The job ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 手のひらサイズの小型電子部品を扱う、工場内の軽作業です。 適性に応じて、次のいずれかの工程を担当していただきます。 1. 小型部品の加工 手のひらサイズの部品を、決められた手順に沿って加工します。 細かい作業が中心で、重い物を持つ作業はほとんどありません。 2. 基板・部品の目視検査 キズやすれ、不具合がないか、見本やチェック項目と照らし合わせて確認します。 3. 製品の動作確認 製品を機械にセットしてボタンを押し、正常に動くかを確認します。 操作手順はマニュアルで確認できます。 ・接客やクレーム対応はありません ・売上ノルマ、個人ノルマはありません ・先輩スタッフによるOJT研修とマニュアルがあり、作業手順を一つずつ覚えられます Work involves small electronic components that fit in your palm. You will be assigned to one of three processes: 1. Assembly — hand-assembling small parts following a set procedure. Detail-oriented work; almost no heavy lifting. 2. Visual inspection — checking boards and parts against sample pieces and a checklist for scratches or defects. 3. Function testing — setting products in a machine, pressing the button, confirming normal operation. Procedures are in the manual. No customer service. No sales or individual quotas. Full OJT training from senior staff plus written manuals. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ ■ 給与 / Pay ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 時給 1,300円 〜 1,625円 【入社祝いボーナス】 2026年12月31日までに入社された方は、通常時給に加えて 2か月ごとにボーナス5万円を支給します。 ・年6回、最大30万円 ・実質時給1,450円以上に相当 【手当】 ・交通費支給 ・残業手当、深夜手当は別途支給 ・昇給あり 【収入例】 時給1,300円 × 1日8時間 × 月20日 ＋ 残業月20時間 ＝ 月収240,500円 ※深夜手当は含みません 年収 ＝ 240,500円 × 12か月 ＋ ボーナス5万円 × 6回 ＝ 3,186,000円 【試用期間】 なし ¥1,300–1,625 per hour SIGNING BONUS: Join by December 31, 2026 and receive ¥50,000 every two months on top of your hourly wage — 6 times a year, up to ¥300,000.
